From the Veterinarians on to the Assistants the staff care about the animals and the owners. They take the time to learn your name, your pets name, and give you a shoulder to cry on if you need one. Since moving to the bay area, I come back to these people to take care of my pets.
Pros: Ambiance, Parking, Service
